Thank you so much for your custom and support throughout 2025! We’ve loved working at our shop here on Milton Road this year, serving our local community and making local friends.
Our Christmas Opening Hours
We’ll be taking a rest over Christmas and our opening times are as follows:
- 24 December – open until 3pm
- Reopen: Tuesday 30 December, 9am until 5.30pm
- Open: Wednesday 31 December, 9am until 5.30pm
- Closed: New Year’s Day
- Reopen: Friday 2 January, 9am until 6pm
Vouchers for January
Our annual thank you to customers – shop with us before the end of the year and take home a £5 off voucher that you can use throughout January when spending £30 or more.
We’ll have lots of items to help you with cleaning up after Christmas and getting your home ship shape again.
Use your voucher when you stock up on eco refills in the new year!
Watergull Orchards Apple Juice – local and tasty
Watergull Apple Juice is the perfect non-boozy option for celebration meals over the Christmas holidays! It’s produced locally in Wisbech by a family run company. And ALL the apples used are grown locally in Cambridgeshire.
We’re delighted to stock their many single variety options. Come and marvel at the colour range, and then pick a few to enjoy!
Last-minute sparkles…
If your old fairy lights have come out of storage a bit worse for wear, or you just fancy some extra sparkle in your home – we have some left!
We still have colourful and novelty chains of lights, as well as ‘curtain’ effect options to cover a whole window. Many offer ‘plain’ on/off as well as multiple flashing or fading settings.
Whether for indoors our outside, we still have some good options in stock!
Gift wrap and scissors…
You don’t want to run out of gift wrap at this time of year – and thanks to our selection of pretty designs you don’t need to.
We have some cool scandi chic designs in red and white. Our other designs feature robins – our favourite!
Stock up so you don’t get caught short at the last minute! We do scissors too, of course…
Make your own this Christmas…
We have lots of cooking and baking items to help you get through the list of cooking jobs this Christmas:

- roasting/oven pans
- mixing bowls
- measuring jugs…
This time of year can be very hectic for the person in charge of food – make sure you have all you need!
Hats On! Lights on!
Don’t you hate it when you’re cold AND it’s dark? Fear not…
We have the perfect product for you. A woolly hat with a torch on the front. You no longer need to choose between warmth and light – you can have both!
Seriously – these things are useful if you need to keep your hands free to take the bins out, walk a kid home in the evening or keep an eye out for trip hazards in the dark.
A useful gift for someone a little unsteady on their feet, perhaps?

Gardener’s Gift Selection
If you want a gift for a gardening friend or family member but don’t know where to start then let us help.
If you tell us a little about your friend and their gardening interests we can advise… a trowel, some quality secateurs, gardening gloves, hand cream and plant labels perhaps?
Stick them in a nice plant pot, wrap them up with some of our gift wrap and you’re good to go!
